There is one thing we can do to reduce feelings of stress, tension and anxiety. It's by NOT holding our smart phones in our hands while we use them. Research shows that when we hold our smart phones, electro-magnetic energy (EME) enters our body through them them, into our hands and arms. Over time, the EME builds up, and is not able to leave our bodies quickly. This leads to more stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep apnea. We know people who've implemented this healing practice, who noticed significant decreases in their bodily anxiety and tension.
