See your primary care doctor regularly

Listen to a body relaxation audio/video twice a day. One of the first steps in anyone's healing journey. We recommend Dr. Gail Brenner's mediations.

Engage in Centering Prayer 1) develops a calmer mind, 2) calms the affective nervous system, 3) increases one's energy, and 4) helps one experience God's presence more deeply.

Or, practice other healing meditations.

Christian Yoga

Participate in-person, or virtually, in a Christian prayer for healing session.

Examples: Christian Healing Ministries in Jacksonville, Florida and The Inheritance House in Orlando, Florida

Avoid/minimize use of alcohol, sugar, yeast, and caffeine

See a physician regularly

Read and get familiar with key scripture truths 

Wear or sleep with an image of the

Sacred Heart of Jesus

Receive the Holy Eucharist/Communion as often as possible, if you're of the Catholic faith

Drink plenty of water/avoid dehydration

Do not hold smart phone in hands whenever possible. Or, turn off WiFi and mobile data whenever possible.

Engage in light to moderate exercise regularly 

Consider in-person or virtual support groups

Do your best to eat healthy and consider a magnesium supplement

Turn off all electronic devices at least 2-3 hours before bed time (key to lowering anxiety levels) 

Get to bed early rather than late if possible.

Pray for deliverance from evil
