Practice renewing the mind (holding thoughts captive for truthfulness and proclaiming truth when necessary) per scripture's command

Engage in Christian centering prayer If you stick with it, twice a day, YOU WILL 1) develop a calmer mind, 2) calm the affective nervous system, 3) experience more energy, and 4) experience God's presence more deeply
Do Christian Yoga

Participate in-person, or virtually, in Christian prayer for healing.

Avoid/minimize use of alcohol, sugar, and caffeine
See a physician regularly
Read and get familiar with key scripture truths 
Wear or sleep with an image of the
Sacred Heart of Jesus
Receive the Holy Eucharist/Communion as often as possible, if you're of the Catholic faith
Drink plenty of water/avoid dehydration
Do not hold smart phone in hands whenever possible. 
Engage in light to moderate exercise regularly 
Consider in-person or virtual support groups
Do your best to eat healthy and consider a magnesium supplement
Turn off all electronic devices at least 2-3 hours before bed time (key to lowering anxiety levels) 
Get to bed early rather than late if possible.
Pray for deliverance from evil
