Avoid/minimize use of alcohol, sugar, and caffeine

See a physician regularly

Receive the Holy Eucharist/Communion as often as possible, if you're of the Catholic Faith

Drink plenty of water/avoid dehydration

Do not hold smart phone in hands whenever possible. Electro-magnetic energy increases anxiety

Try to exercise regularly.  Not too hard. Moderate.
