Engage in Christian centering prayer to: 1) calm the mind, 2) calm the affective nervous system, 3) experience more energy, 4) experience God's presence more deeply
Do Christian Yoga

Participate in-person, or virtually, in Christian prayer for healing.

Avoid/minimize use of alcohol, sugar, and caffeine
See a physician regularly
Read and get familiar with key scripture truths 
Wear and sleep with or close to an image of the
Sacred Heart of Jesus
Receive the Holy Eucharist/Communion as often as possible, if you're of the Catholic Faith
Drink plenty of water/avoid dehydration
Do not hold smart phone in hands whenever possible. 
Engage in Light to Moderate exercise regularly 
Consider in-person or virtual support groups
Do your best to eat healthy and consider a magnesium supplement
Turn off all electronic devices at least 2 hours before bed. 
Get to bed early rather than late if possible.
Pray for deliverance from evil
